From Laoag International Airport:
- Approx. 40–50 minutes by car
- Head southeast via Airport Ave → Laoag-San Nicolas Road
- Continue along Marcos-Batac Road until you reach Marcos, Ilocos Norte
- Follow signs to Marcos Agro-Industrial School / TESDA MAIs
